I didn't want to update My journal, as I would like to keep the journal-skin on My page. Well, "All good things must come to an end" or some CRAP like that...

Tomorrow, the 22nd marks one year for Me on this site. Happy Birthday, I guess. Sort-of. It will also mark one month & eight days of having a job & place to stay. I am no longer homeless & unemployed, if you haven't noticed that already. I plan to be as such again, around January, when I may finally take that trip to New Orleans that I've been planning for quite some time.

Since I've been here, I have been introduced to a Television Series called, "Dexter" and I've been given a movie called, "American Psycho." My sister has watched them, and claims that I remind her of Dexter Morgan and Patrick Bateman. After I'd watched these {with her INSISTENCE}, I soon realized that a statement or "resemblance" such as this is nothing to be proud of. Tragically, I now understand what has made her think these things of Me. There have been several "Traits" she's described about these characters; descriptions that have ended with the statement, "...just like you." Something that is even worse to be proud of would be this: I am reminded of My sister every time I see or hear {*especially* upon hearing} Deb. I mentioned this to her... & she began to gloat about it. She was BRAGGING about that. I find this fact to be quite terrible, really. Occasionally, I "Forget to Mention" that I have a sister to most people that I meet because of things like this.

Onward! To Lighter Subjects! I've become once again, too afraid to sleep. There are reasons for this, but I will not mention them. I will promise this, though. It most assuredly isn't because of "Nightmares." Yes, there IS more than one reason to fear sleep. I suppose that "fear" isn't entirely accurate, but at current I have no better term.

...I'm still refusing all medications, by the way.
